Ryan and I made a little website for our adventure racing team. We changed it from Code Black Adventure Racing to Code Black Adventure Sports because we found that we are going to be doing a mix of trail running, road running, 5ks, half marathons, and various other things like Dances with Dirt. After the new year we’re going to try and update fairly regularly. So check it out!

Wooo!

I reached some kind of personal milestone this morning. I ran into work! 10.3 miles. The farthest I have ever run! Had a pretty good time for me, 1 hour and 53 minutes and I actually felt pretty good afterwards. A year ago I would have thought it crazy, and even a couple of months ago I was thinking even riding my bike would have been pretty difficult!

I plan on running some half marathons next year, so it’s good to know that if I keep it up, I should be able to do it.
